Responsibility Areas

  • New implementations – work with TEAM2 leaders to design, manage, and execute start-up projects for new ServiceNow clients. We encourage you to lead projects and initiatives as your skills and experience allow.
  • Customization – apply TEAM2’s unique approach and customization experience in optimizing client business operations
  • Support – work in conjunction with a global team to provide world class support using TEAM2’s highly developed processes and tools

 

Core Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of experience as an application engineer; 7+ years of experience without a degree
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment
  • Building and developing custom ServiceNow applications
  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
  • Working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
  • Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
  • Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS)
  • Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, etc.), PowerShell

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Consulting experience in scoping / defining development efforts
  • Angular JS in a ServiceNow environment
  • Agile / scrum experience, especially Team Lead
  • Content management and familiarity with UI side of ServiceNow
  • Good oral and written communication, especially solution definition and problem resolution

  • We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to support and develop in expanding ServiceNow environments with multiple customers
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.
  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. inside of the ServiceNow environment
  • Specifically configuring and managing Discovery and Orchestration application elements
  • Coordinate and manage application and platform upgrades
  • Perform day to day support and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms and applications, work with functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the team
  • Work closely with ServiceNow team leads and Solution Architects to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage and support the development and support processes

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules
  • Analyzes user requirements and current procedures in order to design and develop new automated process workflows within the ServiceNow environment
  • Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation
  • Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications
  • Design and develop ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements
  • Works with internal process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules

Basic Requirements – 

  • At least four (4) years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)
  • 6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system design and development used within web service or message-based applications (e.g. REST/SOAP)
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / administrative experience
  • Configuring and managing Discovery and Orchestration application elements
  • Hands on experience on modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies
  • Experience with AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting
  • Experience coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS
  • Experience developing with Relational Databases such as MYSQL
  • Demonstrated knowledge of database design and table interaction within the ServiceNow environment
  • Experience talking to customers to get business requirements, understanding challenges and translating those into working solutions
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and team skills
  • Experience working with a 24x7x365 Managed Services environment would be preferred
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and good experience in doing customization in UI Pages / UI Macro / Jelly Scripting / JavaScript etc.
  • Knowledge of Web Development frameworks like Angular JS / HTML 5 / JQuery / CSS
